Photo Release for Minors

You do NOT have to approve of our sharing of photos — but we hope that you will. Note that because we paddle in a public space, we also cannot prevent others from sharing photos on social media or elsewhere. This consent form is just for VCKC.
Ventura Canoe & Kayak Club will never list a minor’s name with a photo. (This is a Safe Sport best practice.)
The email provide by the Parent/Guardian will receive a copy of this for your records as will coaches.
You may revoke this release at a later time if you choose.

We, the parent/guardian and minor listed below, hereby grant Ventura Canoe & Kayak Club permission to use images of the minor in its internal communications, marketing publications, social media accounts, website, etc. However, this consent is not a release for commercial purposes, but photos can be released to the news media to promote VCKC activities. This release has no expiration date, and we will not seek compensation for usage.

Electronic Signature Consent
