Ventura Canoe & Kayak Club will never list a minor’s name with a photo. (This is a Safe Sport best practice.)
The email provide by the Parent/Guardian will receive a copy of this for your records as will coaches.
You may revoke this release at a later time if you choose.

I, as the parent/guardian of the minor listed above, hereby grant Ventura Canoe & Kayak Club permission to use images of the minor in its internal communications, marketing publications, social media accounts, website, etc. This information is not a release for commercial purposes, but photos can be released to the news media to promote VCKC activities. This release has no expiration date, and I will not seek compensation for usage.
